believers’ meetings

In the early 90’s, back when I was in Bible School, the place to be on Monday nights was a place called the Prayer Center. It wasn’t a church or a big ministry operation, but a weekly assembly of believers from various churches in the area who were hungry for more of the Word of God.

There were no agendas, no membership roles or building programs. It was just a place to meet where you knew the focus was going to be on Jesus every time. The teaching was so rich that it kept you coming back for more and more.

We have set out to bring that type of meeting to Arlington, TX.

  • Can anyone come?

Yes. The Believers’ Meetings are open to anyone who has a desire to dig deeper into the Word of God.

  • Are you affiliated with a church?

No, we are not an outreach of or affiliated with any church.

  • Can I keep attending my Church and still come to the Believers’ Meetings?

Yes. One reason why we chose Tuesday evenings was so that our Believers’ Meetings would not conflict with your current commitments to your home church.

  • Do I have to join or become a member?

If you are saved you are already a member of the body of Christ. There are no preconditions for attending the Believers’ Meetings. You can come once just to check it out or come every week.

  • How are the Believers’ Meetings any different from a normal church service?

Today’s typical church service lasts two hours or more. We leave behind all of the formalities of the normal church service and get right into the Word in an informal setting that goes for about an hour. The Believers’ Meetings are designed for you to receive rich Bible teaching along with other believers who want to dig deeper into God’s Word. Get ready to plunge the depths of main Bible themes such as redemption, Christ in you, the Second Coming and much more.
